A ‘credit’ is a term used to represent the time and work allocated to a course throughout an academic term or academic year.
CREDIT RECOVERY
Credit Recovery is only available for specific High School courses. High School learners have the opportunity to redo a course on Credit Recovery, enabling them to complete their course at an accelerated pace.
HOW DOES IT WORKS ?
A credit system prescribes the minimum number of credits a learner must complete to earn a passing/qualification status in a particular course or grade.

- Elementary School
Grades R – 5 ➜ 1 Credit = 120 Hours
- Middle School
Grades 6 – 8 ➜ 1 Credit = 120 Hours
- High School
Grades 9 – 12 ➜ 1 Credit = 180 Hours / Credit 0.5 = 90 Hours
